Return policy

Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellations before product shipment or production. If the order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

: We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers only need to pay for shipping once (including return shipping); there are no handling fees for returns.

Refunds (if applicable):

We will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting your return. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refund Delays or Omissions (if any):

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps but still have not received a refund, please contact us.
